These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Tiny OneShot Integration (the “Integration”), a private internal business tool operated by OneShot Waste Disposal Inc. (“OneShot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Purpose
The Integration helps OneShot manage bin-rental bookings, customer records, invoices, payments, overweight charges, accounting information, delivery schedules, and pickup schedules. It may connect with services used by OneShot, including QuickBooks Online, Airtable, Google Workspace, Stripe, and Square.
Authorized Use
The Integration is intended only for OneShot and its authorized users. Users must have permission to access any connected account or business information. The Integration may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraud, interference with another system, or processing information outside OneShot’s legitimate business operations.
User Responsibilities
Authorized users are responsible for:
- Reviewing records that are marked as probable, unmatched, incomplete, or needing confirmation
- Confirming customer details, rental charges, taxes, payment methods, overweight charges, refunds, and accounting treatment
- Protecting account credentials and connected devices
- Maintaining appropriate access to QuickBooks Online and other connected services
- Complying with applicable tax, accounting, privacy, consumer-protection, and recordkeeping obligations
Accounting Information
The Integration assists with record creation and reconciliation but does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. OneShot remains responsible for reviewing its books, invoices, taxes, payments, refunds, and financial reports and for consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.
Third-Party Services
The Integration relies on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Airtable, Google Workspace, Stripe, and Square. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Integration at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Records identified as incomplete, unmatched, or requiring review may need manual correction.
Disclaimer
The Integration is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. OneShot makes no warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OneShot is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Integration or a connected third-party service.
Disconnecting and Termination
An authorized OneShot administrator may disconnect the Integration from QuickBooks Online or another connected service at any time. Access may also be terminated when authorization is withdrawn, credentials expire, or these Terms are violated. Disconnecting does not automatically delete business or accounting records that must be retained.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
