Effective date: August 26, 2026
OneShot Waste Disposal Inc. (“OneShot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses Tiny OneShot Integration as a private internal business tool to help manage bin-rental bookings, invoices, payments, and related accounting records.
Information We Process
The integration may process information that OneShot already receives during normal business operations, including:
- Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing addresses, and delivery addresses
- Rental dates, bin details, service descriptions, fees, taxes, invoice numbers, and payment status
- QuickBooks Online customer, invoice, payment, product/service, account, and tax information
- Transaction identifiers, payment amounts, fees, refunds, dates, and payment status from Stripe and Square
- Booking information received through OneShot’s website and business email
How We Use Information
We use this information only to operate OneShot’s business, including:
- Creating and maintaining rental records
- Creating and updating QuickBooks Online invoices
- Matching Stripe, Square, cash, and other payments to rentals and invoices
- Recording rental charges, overweight charges, taxes, payments, partial payments, and refunds
- Scheduling deliveries and pickups
- Identifying records that require manual review
- Preventing duplicate invoices, payments, bookings, or calendar events
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell customer information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to run OneShot’s operations, such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, Airtable, Google Workspace, Stripe, and Square, or when required by law.
Data Storage and Security
The integration is operated for OneShot’s internal use. Access credentials and authorization tokens are stored in restricted local application files on OneShot-controlled equipment. We use limited-access credentials where available and restrict access to authorized business users.
Retention
We retain accounting, rental, invoice, and payment information for as long as reasonably required for business, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping purposes. Information may be deleted or corrected when it is no longer required, subject to legal and accounting obligations.
Choices and Requests
Customers may contact OneShot to ask about, correct, or request deletion of their personal information. Some information may need to be retained for tax, accounting, contractual, or legal reasons.
QuickBooks Connection
An authorized OneShot administrator may disconnect Tiny OneShot Integration from QuickBooks Online at any time through Intuit or the integration’s disconnect process. Disconnecting stops future access but does not automatically delete records that OneShot must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the integration or our legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
